What clients need to know about M Custom Integrated Designs response to COVID-19:

M Custom Integrated Designs is taking a number of actions to protect the health and well-being of our clients, technicians, tradesmen, and partners, to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in accordance with the expert guidance of the CDC and local public health authorities. Read below for an overview and how we are navigating through COVID-19.
Consultations In-Person & Virtual:
We are offering both in-person and virtual consultations as we navigate this dynamic situation. Our commitment to you, is that we will continue to make proactive decisions that are grounded in transparency and science – for our technicians and the people we serve. We continue to closely monitor guidance from local and national health authorities and will update our procedures to adhere to the most effective health and safety standards.
Mandatory Facial Coverings & Social Distancing:
As we have since April 2020, we respectfully require our clients follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering anytime during an in-home consultation and or when our staff performs services in your home or business. It is our responsibility to protect both our clients and technicians, and we are committed to meeting or exceeding all public health mandates. As such, our technicians have the right and responsibility to refuse service to clients who are not wearing facial coverings.
Technician Precautions:
M Custom Integrated Designs is also taking precaution for every technician to protect them and our clients. Prior to beginning every workday, all technicians complete a pre-check, including taking their temperature, to ensure they are ready and able to work. In response to emerging science regarding new variants of COVID-19 and the increased risk of contagiousness and to remain consistent with these recommendations, as of February 8, our technicians will be required to wear facial coverings when in a client’s home or business and continue to frequently wash their hands per standard protocol.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
M Custom Integrated Designs is committed to caring for the health and well-being of its clients and technicians playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders. We observe elevated cleaning and sanitizing protocols that meet or exceed public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We sanitize tools, ladders, provide shoe coverings, single use masks, gloves, and use floor coverings that are disinfected daily.
Vaccination Guidance:
Our technicians have received the COVID-19 vaccine, and adhere to the guidance from the CDC and local officials, including masking and social distancing..
Thanking our front-line responders:
As one way to extend our sincere gratitude, any client who identifies as a front-line responder to the COVID-19 outbreak will receive 10% off all services through December 30th 2021. We continue to applaud and support our frontline responder communities through our donations to local organizations.
